Welcome, Hubbell Elementary Music Makers!
On this website, I will post weekly activities and enrichment for you to do at home.
All of these activities are optional for your own enrichment and enjoyment to keep reviewing what we have been accomplishing in the music room.
Feel free to do other grade level's activities, too!
If you have any trouble with any of the links, please email me at Rebecca.Hunt@dmschools.org
Happy music making! And remember, have fun and be fearless!
Week of April 6-10
Kindergarten:
- Sing along to our song "Animal Boogie!" We were preparing this song for our concert in May. Get up and use your imagination, too! Move around the room like each of the animals!
- Practice clapping and saying our rhythms:
Remember to say "ta" for one sound, and "tadi" for two sounds!
- Find a piece of paper and cut it into 6 cards. Write each of these words on each card: "long," "short," "fast," "slow," "loud," "soft." Lay the cards out on the table or floor upside down. Draw a card and turn it over. Use that word to sing these songs differently each time you draw a new card!

- "Jack Be Nimble, Jack Be Quick"
- "Rain Rain Go Away"
